[applicable diseases] it is applicable for series of syndromes of chronic renal failure patients who undergoes chronic hemodialysis caused by deficiency of secondary carnitine. clinical manifestations of them are myocardosis, skeletal muscle disease, arrhythmia, hyperlipemia, hypotension, myospasm during dialysis, etc. recommended initial dose after hemodialysis is 10mg/kg-20mg/kg.
