We have good track record to produce and serve lots of sizes and types of inserts since our establishment. we have all machineries and fixtures to make any type of brass inserts in what so ever quantity. material: free cutting brass is 319 type (i), bs 249 type (i) or any customised compositions. application: instrumentation, telecommunications, plastic cases assembly, metal riveting and anywhere where strengthen threads needed. outer shape and knurling round, hex, octagonal, square, owl shape and diamond, straight, unidirectional, cross knurling. length: 2mm to 200mm as per customers requirement. threads: go-not go threads in all standards like iso metric (mm), ba, bsw (inches), unc & unf finishing/plating natural, nickel, chromium, tin, copper etc. guaranteed plating thickness with test certificate is also available. master in making any type of insert from drawing / diagram or sample.
