“cair” offers three phase quarter turn electrical actuator for valves and engineering use. features: Ø torque: 30 nm to 12000 nm Ø standard enclosure to water jet proof will water tight proof ip 67 Ø squirrel cage motor is of encapsulated type, on high stall torque and low inherent force for seating & unseating of valves. all motors are integrated with build-in thermal protection. Ø a pair of limit switches are activated by means of simple, reliable & adjustable cam plates, mounted directly and driven by center column. the unique cam plate design does not allow over travel of limit switches. Ø electric actuators on 100 nm and above, are install with torque switches for over-load protection. various options: Ø on-off type Ø on-off type with integral starter unit Ø modulating type Ø signal input: 4 ~ 20 ma / 1 ~ 5v dc / 2 ~ 10v dc Ø potentiometer feedback Ø additional limit switches (2 units) standard voltage: Ø 415v ac three phase Ø 230v ac three phase-available on request Ø 24v dc - available on request application: widely used in the fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, power plant, metallurgy, pharmacy, paper industry, water treatment system, textile industry, food processing, building automation etc…
