Cleaned ptfe encapsulated o-ring for vacuum, biological and semiconductor applications for demanding applications such as chemical resistance and applications that require sterility considerations, we can offer a fluoropolymer sheath surrounding an elastomer ring. the fluoropolymer can be a tetrafluoroethylene propylene copolymer (fep) or a tfe coplymer with perfluorinated ether (pfa). the elastomer can be a fluorocarbon (fkm) or silicone (vmq). we can clean them so that they are suitable to use immediately in semiconductor, vacuum and pharmaceutical applications.
