Story telling is the most cherished habit of young ones. therefore, the school organizes workshops on storytelling for primary class students. the workshop was conducted on the art of storytelling by ms. vandana tandon of nie, times of india on 3 august 2009 for the students of class iv. the visiting narrator recited a story to the spellbound audience with the beautiful expressions. she stressed that the voice modulations, variation, control on speed and expression are the essentials of effective story telling.
an activity was conducted by her for the students where topic of story was introduced from her side and the students one by one completed the story. it was a perfect display of students enthusiasm and beautiful imagination. the workshop turned out to be joyful and learning experience for the students.
