we produce the tennis ball cloth in various colors namely white, florescent yellow, red, green, blue, pink, orange, etc. we have the facility of producing the specific colors as per our customers demand. the fuzz, more properly called felt, is usually made of wool treated with various additives to make it last longer and resist staining. tennis ball has an outer felt fabric comprising at least two layers of non-woven fabric with the outer layer having a weight ratio of wool therein greater than 45% and the inner or bottom layer having a weight ratio of wool therein less than 40%. the fabric felt is very important not only to the play performance of the tennis ball, but also to the cosmetic quality of the finished ball. the fuzz allows the ball to better interact with the air it is traveling in the playing surface, and the racquet. the most expensive ingredient in the tennis ball is the felt, which is adjusted in various ways to produce different properties.
