National engineering works manufactures alloy steel chain slings as per is 2760:1980 used in overhead lifting purposes, noted for abrasion and shock resistant with minimal average elongation . these slings are made from special heat treated gr. 80 alloy steel load chain as per is 6215:1982 & hook as per is 3822:2002 gr. t . available in wide variety of terminal fittings ( oblong link, round ring, eye hook, grab hook, foundry hook, clevis hook, swivel type and eye self-locking hooks etc. ), with no welded connection and wider surface at contact, these chain slings ensure 4:1 safety factor between ultimate breaking load and working load limit . chain slings of different types namely single leg, double legged, triple legged, quadruple or four legged chain sling, choker hitch endless chain sling, 4 hook chain sling, double loop endless basket chain sling, endless chain sling, sling with link ends, slings with adjustable loops etc. , are supplied with test certificate from government approved test house.
