Offering mini roll compactor. our innovation:- the mini roll compactor is totally based on dry method of granulation. powder charged in the hooper is pre compacted/densified and fed in to the gap between two compacting rolls with the help of feed screw. the rolls process the powder into the compacted sheet (cake) which can be granulated in to desired mesh size with the use of granulator. applications:- to increase bulk density, to achieve better granulation of sieve analysis to reduce process cost and improve end product quality compacted granules required smaller size. fine powder or dust is less in compacted granules. compacted granules are free flowing and reduce the packing size. outstanding features: the compacting rolls are designed to provide a uniform force distribution by means of hydraulic compacting force thus granules of equal quality are produced. · the feed screw assembly can be hydraulically lifted by hand operated hydraulic pump. this facilitates ease in cleaning. · the compacting chamber can be cooled by a water circulation system. · the results obtained can be extrapolated to a production size machine. · compact & portable design allows mobility for testing at a convenient place. · speed of motors can be varied to control compaction force and out-put
