ermc was founded in 1996, to specialize in manufacturing surgical and electrosurgical instruments and devices to the medical profession is disciplined in our production unit such as general surgery, neurosurgery, ophthalmic, laparoscopic and gynecology feild. we also provide electrosurgical unit accessoires like bipolar forceps, monoplar forceps, bipolar/monoplar cables, esu pencils and accessories, all kinds of electrodes etc. our manufacturing unit also can provide a wide range of disposable and reusable wide range of accessories insulated and/or non-insulated. everything we do has one ultimate purpose: to help health-care providers fulfill their mission of caring for patients. we strive to serve our customers in ways they need, want and value. the designed equipments currently in production comprehend: high frequency electro-surgical equipment including models able to supply an output power of 50w to 380w for applications using monopolar or bipolar methods, simultaneous or alternative supplier channel, and emission of continuous or cycle timer power. about materials used: connectors: acetyl insulator & stainless steel (grade 316) contacts. cable: silicone insulated 3.5mm o/d with 384 strands of 0.05 tinned copper wires. (monopolar cables). insulation: nylon & epoxy polyester, thickness > 0.1mm throughout. electrical performance & suitability: the product has been designed in accordance with relevant standards and is suitable for use with all suitable electro-surgery generators and connective instruments. all products are latex free in construction. our comprehensive range covers all major makes of electrosurgery generators world-wide & is designed to meet the high quality & safety standards of each market. our ability to provide the right product by design for specific clinical needs is nurtured by close liaison wit over the past decade; we have expanded our manufacturing capabilities to include a full line of disposable electrosurgical electrodes in blade, ball, needle and loop form. our all reuseable instruments are 130*c and 225f auto clave able. the reusable esu pencils, with a full compliment of reusable electrodes and bipolar forceps, enhance our ever-expanding line of products our clinical partners. this approach provides benefits to both patient & clinician.
