The characteristics of uhmwpe pipes: 1. anti-abrasion: the volume lost is 1/7 of steel pipe under same working condition. 2. anti high-pressuer:the working pressure is between 0.2mpa to 4.0mpa, wide applications. 3.anti-corrosion: higher structure stability, corrosion resistant to various chemical mediators, no electrochemical corrosion, no need anticorrosive coating. 4. self lubrication:the abrasion coefficient is the smallest among all the pipes materials. the pressure lost is 1/10 of steel pipes, 1/7 of nylon pipes under same working conditions. 5. non-fouling: the internal wall is smooth, to prevent the mediations fouling on the wall, there is no influence to the production efficiency. 6. light weight:the density is the 1/8 of the steel.it is easy to convey and install, lower the total construction cost with better economical benefits. 7. easy connection: the pipes are connected by flanges or loops, easy to be installed, no dangers of water leakage and air leakage, 8. anti-aging: there is anti-uv material in the pipes, so it could work for 50 years under the burning hot sunlight. 9. health&safety:this kind of pipe is nontoxic, no bacteria, no pollution to environment, and recycling. 10.temperature-resistance:the pipe can be used between -70oc--85oc, no deformation. 11.long life: its working life is 7 times longer than steel pipes under same working conditions
